They could always IP spoof, you know. The best way would simply to apply it to the account as a whole, not just the IP address. That way the legit owner of the account would be notified that someone tried to hack into the account and take the app...

What if you have 0 ISK and no way to make money on your own? Of course players could donate some money to you. Sure it won't happen, but it CAN happen. So you need a ship that can earn at least some cheap change.

In the realm of online games, an exploit is usually a software bug, hack or bot that contributes to the user's prosperity in a manner not intended by the developers . I would say it fits unless it got approval from CCP.
